The hotel's location is convenient, just a short walk from the fort with a lovely rooftop restaurant offering fort views. The rooms, although noisy due to outside disturbances, were suitable for a few hours before the safari. The service was friendly and helpful, assisting with various needs without being pushy. The dining experience, with slow service one morning, still provided a nice view of the fort. Overall, the hotel offers a great experience with minor drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at the Shahi Palace Hotel in Jaisalmer. The rooms were very nice, and I even got a free upgrade to a ground floor room near the entrance. The service was a bit pushy about selling tours, but the location was perfect for exploring, offering great views of the fort. The dining experience was excellent, although a bit slow one morning. Overall, a great value for money hotel.

I loved my room in the Shahi Palace Hotel. It was very nice, and the free upgrade was a pleasant surprise. Being on the ground floor next to the entrance made it very convenient.

I always feel at home at the Shahi Palace Hotel in Jaisalmer. The location is perfect, right at the foothills of the fort, and the free train station pickup late at night was a great convenience.
